Lorrie Berlenbach

Originally from Alberta, Canada...Home of the "Alberta Clipper!"  While living in Canada, I enjoyed a previous career in New and Custom Built Homes as a business partner, as well as Sales and Marketing.

I also enjoyed the restaurant business as a Dairy Queen Franchise Owner,  so I know how to make lots of "Sweet Treats!"  In 2005,  I left my beloved family and friends, traded in my snowblower and ice scraper for a garden rake and shovel, and moved to the Raleigh area. My previous experience as a Home Builder, as well as Sales and Marketing, led me to a career in Real Estate, which I truly enjoy. I love everything about owning a home, such as design and decorating, landscaping, gardening and bird watching.  

I also love meeting and helping people to make their dreams of home ownership come true!

I am happily married to a native New Yorker for 25 years, have lived in New York City and Long Island, as well as Poughkeepsie NY. I am in love with this area of North Carolina, perfectly nestled between the mountains and beaches just a short drive away. No more winters for me!  

My charitable interests include St. Jude's Hospital, CMN, and Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption (Wendy's Wonderful Kids).
